We are very focused on ensuring that items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Please note: Estimated delivery time does not include processing/production time!
All of our products are handcraft for you, so we will go through a production process and therefore will have processing time.
Processing time: 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday)
Shipping time: 5 - 10 business days (Monday - Friday)

What are the shipping charges?
Orders over £150 are eligible for free shipping. For orders under £150, we charge an £15 (flat rate) shipping and handling fee. Tracking information will be provided via email after fulfillment.

Can orders be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for individual orders. If you wish to have your items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
If your item does not arrive, for example if it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you.
Important: It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product has been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product is returned to us.
